The driving force behind the free-from bakery in Shotts have been crowned Entrepreneurs of the Year in the 2019 Scotland Food & Drink Excellence Awards.
Dr Sally Beattie and Emer Bustard, who set up the bakery in 2006 after living with their own food allergies and intolerances, have received an award sponsored by chartered accountants Johnston Carmichael.

Sally and Emer hand-bake all their cakes and biscuits at their North Lanarkshire bakery, which is completely gluten, dairy, nut and egg-free.
