Men’s wellness platform to host Manual Live virtual events

Men’s wellness platform Manual is set to host its first virtual event – Manual Live – this Thursday (April 2).

Manual Live will be live on your screens from 6:30pm with a series of evening talks, led by Manual’s network of industry experts.

The line-up includes Dr Earim Chaudry, Robert Hobson, Charly Lee, Jamie Day and Matthew Shaw, who will cover topics such as mental health, nutrition, relationships and overall health and wellness while living in lockdown.

Manual is dedicated to initiating conversations around men’s health and wellbeing, challenging the multiple misconceptions around physical, mental and sexual health.

The current lockdown that we are all living in is completely unprecedented. There is little to no real advice on how to cope with the sudden isolation and lack of socialisation we have been forced to put into practise.

Manual says that while necessary for our physical health, social distancing could be causing many to confront new mental health issues.

It’s therefore keen to bring vital support and advice to the community through Manual Live.

Here is the itnerary, after which the team will ‘virtually’ open the floor so you can engage with the panellists in a live Q&A.

6:30pm: Dr Earim Chaudry – Medical Director of Manual

6:35pm: Robert Hobson – Nutritionist and Author of “Detox Kitchen Bible”

6:50pm: Charley Lee – Psychotherapist and Neuroscience lead at Connection Studio

7.05pm: Jamie Day @adayinthelifedad and Founder of Principle Talent

7:20pm: Matthew Shaw – BBC News Editor and founder of the Whole Man Academy

7:35pm: Live Q&A

Future online events are also lined up…
