Holistic Scotland Magazine has teamed up with Health Food and More/Fife Herbal Dispensary to give away a fantastic selection of prizes over the coming weeks.
We have joined forces with our friends and stockists to run a series of giveaways to help make lockdown that little bit more bearable!
Not only is Health Food and More still open for business, the store is offering online herbal medicine consultations for health concerns such as immunity, stress and anxiety, digestive issues, sleep disorders and fertility.
It has also rolled out postal and drive by collection services to make sure customers can still receive essential vitamins, supplements, health foods and toiletries while they are in lockdown or isolation.
And it’s one of the few places you can still pick up a free, physical copy of the Spring issue of Holistic Scotland Magazine.
Together, we’ll be running a competition online every week for the next four weeks with lots of useful freebies up for grabs.
First up, if you want to educate, entertain and inspire the kids and do your bit for the environment at the same time, we have the perfect outdoor activity for you!
Why not create your very own wildflower meadow? All you need is a bare patch of ground and some Beebombs!
The kids will love scattering their native wildflower seeds, then watching them grow and attract lots of bees and butterflies. You’ll also be helping to restore Britain’s lost wildflower habitat and making an important contribution to its biodiversity.
Did you know the UK has lost 97% of its natural bee and butterfly habitat since WW2?
To help make it easier for you to create your own wildflower habitat, Holistic Scotland Magazine is giving away 10 packs of Native Wildflower Beebombs, courtesy of Health Food and More – which is also home to Fife Herbal Dispensary.
Each pack (worth £7.99) contains thousands of seeds from 18 native wildflower species, mixed with local, protective clay and sifted, nurturing top soil.
Just scatter them onto clear ground to create a colourful wildflower meadow that will help to #bringthebeesback.
To be in with a chance of winning one of 10 Beebombs, just answer the question below correctly and submit your entry, using the form below, by no later than 12 noon on Friday, 1 May 2020.
