More and more people are moving towards a cleaner diet with fewer and fewer processed foods.
Many of us are keen to try a plant-based diet to benefit our health and wellbeing, but don’t know where to start.
If that sounds like you, plant-based chef Sarmado Sibley has the answer.
Sarmado is a raw and plant-based chef and coach who left Michelin-starred, high-end kitchens to pursue a healthier way of preparing food for body and soul.
“Sarmado is a great chef and I’m delighted to be hosting this series of classes,” says JJ.
“His food isn’t to die for, it’s most definitely to live for! Delicious and healthy – what’s not to like?”
The series of three masterclasses is designed to take health-conscious people with busy lifestyles through the essentials of plant-based cuisine.
The series runs as follows:
June 29: Session 1 – At home in the plant-based kitchen. Learn what equipment you need and how to use it with demonstrations from Sarmado.
July 6: Session 2 – Supercharge with superfoods. Sarmado demonstrates mouth-watering recipes and creative ideas to feed you on all levels.
July 13: Session 3 – Plant-based food to go. Get the low-down on tasty snacks and light bites that pack a nutritious punch. This module is by popular demand.
And, if you can’t watch live, don’t worry – each session will be recorded and made available within 48 hours for you to view at your leisure.
